Hepatocellular carcinoma metastasis to the lacrimal gland: A case report

ABSTRACT
Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is a globally common neoplasm, with regional metastasis associated >50% of the tumors. Extrahepatic also common, lungs, diaphragm, abdominal lymph nodes and bone being most frequently affected regions. However, to best our knowledge, HCC lacrimal gland has not been reported in literature. Only one case sac from renal cell reported. The current study presents 56-year-old male ocular symptoms who was eventually diagnosed HCC. therapeutic alternatives for such cases are discussed according reviewed Clinicians should be watchful appearance tumors patients history malignancy.
