ABSTRACT
The morphology, ecology, and phylogenetic relationships of specimens the family Boletaceae from subtropical tropical China were investigated. Four species, Butyriboletushuangnianlaii, Lanmaoamacrocarpa, Neoboletusmultipunctatus, Sutoriussubrufus, are new to science. Chalciporusradiatus Caloboletusxiangtoushanensis redescribed. Caloboletusguanyui is proposed replace Boletusquercinus Hongo, an illegitimate later homonym. recently described Tylopiluscallainus synonymized with Japanese Boletusvirescens, combination T.virescens (Har. Takah. & Taneyama) N.K. Zeng et al. proposed. Moreover, Neoboletus treated as independent genus based on evidence morphology molecular data in present study, many previously taxa Sutorius recombined into Neoboletus: N.ferrugineus (G. Wu al.) al., N.flavidus Zhu L. Yang) N.hainanensis (T.H. Li M. Zang) N.obscureumbrinus (Hongo) N.rubriporus N.sanguineoides , N.sanguineus N.tomentulosus (M. Zang
