An annotated checklist of Microweiseinae and Sticholotidini of Iran (Coleoptera, Coccinellidae)

An updated checklist of the Coccinellidae species former subfamily Sticholotidinae recorded from Iran is provided. Eleven are reported: two classified presently in Microweiseinae (in genera Paracoelopterus Normand, 1936 and Serangium Blackburn, 1889), nine tribe Sticholotidini Coccinellinae Coelopterus Mulsant & Rey, 1852 Pharoscymnus Bedel, 1906). smirnovi Dobzhansky, 1927 removed list Iran. Distribution Iranian provinces presented. Data concerning their host plants along with prey also included when known. Morphological features rarely collected poorly known fauna, brunneosignatus Mader, 1949 pharoides (Marseul, 1868) diagnosed illustrated.
