ABSTRACT
Objective: The aim of this study was to develop an easy and highly sensitive visual loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) assay for specific detection the bovine ovine derived ingredient in foodstuff.Methodology: primers designed based on different regions mitochondrial DNA (CoI Cyt b) 184 206 bp fragments, respectively. The specificity cross tested with horse, pork chicken, where were observed without reactivity others meat species. Results: sensitivity 5.0×10G 3 ng bovine, as same genomic DNA.The limit mixtures 0.01% 0.001% ovine. Moreover, LAMP concordance qPCR analysis test practical samples. The can be considered a valid tool rapid animal materials products. Conclusion: It contributes future approach food by meeting demands quick easy-to-perform analytical methods.
