ABSTRACT
<p>A topological index is a real number obtained from the chemical graph structure. It can predict physicochemical and biological properties of many anticancer medicines like blood, breast skin cancer. This be done through degree-based indices.. In this article, drugs, azacitidine, buslfan, mercaptopurine, tioguanine, nelarabine, etc. which are used in order to cure blood cancer discussed purpose QSPR study determine mathematical relation between under investigation (eg, boiling point, flash point etc.) different descriptors related molecular structure drugs. found that indices (TIs) applied on said drugs have good correlation with context.</p>
