ABSTRACT
<abstract><p>In this paper, we introduce the concept of a $ WPH $-space without linear structure and proceed to establish new upper semicontinuous selection theorem for fuzzy mappings in framework noncompact $-spaces as well special form crisp settings. As applications, collective coincidence point theorems, collectively fixed existence theorems equilibria generalized games with three constraint set-valued qualitative are obtained. their cases settings, derive games. Finally, construct multiobjective game model water resource allocation prove Pareto based on games.</p></abstract>
