Two new species of the genus Euterpnosia Matsumura (Hemiptera: Cicadidae) from Taiwan

Two new cicadas, Euterpnosia latacauta (type locality : Heping, Taichung, Taiwan; type deposition: National Taiwan University (NTU)) and E. chishingsana Mt. Chising, Yangmingshan Park, Taipei, ; NTU), are described diagnosed from related species. Calling songs for these two species were also recorded further comparison.
