ABSTRACT
With the aim of creating a real-time monitoring network for both oceanographic and meteorological data, station conceptual design was developed. A common framework software electronics adapted to different environmental conditions using two buoy approaches: one intended oceanic waters, be moored up 30-40 m depth, where waves are critical factor, continental waters (rivers, lakes inner part estuaries), currents factor. When structures such as bridges present in area, can installed on these structures, thus reducing its impact increasing safety. In this paper, design, implementation, operation performance stations described. reliability index is calculated longest time series three related deployment options Galician coast: Cíes (oceanic front Ría de Vigo), Catoira (continental Ulla river) Cortegada (installation bed Arousa).
