ABSTRACT
Interest in the role Emotional Intelligence has workplace increased recent years, with greater emphasis on benefits of understanding and utilizing emotions for managing people at work. The emotional intelligence competencies as predictors leadership is being researched order to leverage this information leader effectiveness performance. present study analyses literature surrounding its relationship dimensions. It concludes a theoretical framework that explains selected performance transformational leaders.
