ABSTRACT
Cancer is a large group of diseases that occur in almost any organ or tissue the body when abnormal cells get out normal and invade adjacent cells. In women especially, breast cancer among most common types cancer. These will form tumor can be seen on an x-ray. Some traditional treatments have been carried out, including using local herbal plants such as rodent tubers ( Typhonium flagelliforme ). Rodent tuber contains stigmasterol which has high anticancer effect was found several mutant clones. The purpose this study to analyze DNA differences between wild-type based specific RAPD markers sequence each sample. OPB18 primer successfully amplifies polymorphic bands with sizes ranging from 700 1000 bp. As result sequencing analysis, separate segments had different sequences. comparing test NCBI database, it samples matched Gossypium raimondii (81.82%) BLAC (bulk highest compound) similarity Slanum pinnasectum about 87.36%. Based results, sequences possible developed encode gene, especially genes encoding compounds.
