ABSTRACT
In this paper using the transfer matrix method (TMM), we consider an electronic comb-like waveguides system composed by periodicity of segment semiconductor (GaAs type) length and grafted in its extremity one resonator (GaAlAs . These segments resonators are considered quantum wires. The perfect question presents pass bands band gaps which allow to control manipulate electrons waves whose energy is identical gaps. We insert defect at level middle question. Hence, very narrow localized states created gaps, with probably high transmission rate important quality factor. shift low increasing length, while move when concentration increases. study, that lengths small front their sections, so propagation occurs only a single dimension.
