ABSTRACT
PSO has slow convergence speed and low precision. In this paper, we combine Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) levy flight for the task of predicting protein folding based on 3D off-lattice model. We introduce into to improve precision enhance capability jumping out local optima through particle mutation mechanism.Experiments show that proposed method outperforms other algorithms accuracy calculating sequence energy value, which is turned be an effective way analyze structure.
