The Fabrication of the Convex Platform Surface with Phyllotactic Pattern by Electrolytic Etching Method

In order to get the convex surface with phyllotactic pattern, pattern on end face of work-piece and its mask were designed based theory biology, was fabricated by electrolytic etching method, also fabricating processes investigated .The results show that can be method , under condition room temperature (25°C), composite liquid which composed NaCl,NaNO 3 ,Na PO 4 ,etc., has better performance than pure NaCl fluid, in current density 15A/dm 2 rate 3.292μm/min when steel 45 is etched. This technology used for grinding wheel abrasive clusters.
