Preparation and Optical Properties of Er<sup>3+</sup>-Yb<sup>3+</sup> Co-Doped ZnO-B<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>- SiO<sub>2 </sub>-TiO<sub>2</sub>Transparent Glass-Ceramics

ABSTRACT
Er 3+ -Yb co-doped ZnO-B 2 O 3 - SiO -TiO transparent glass ceramics were synthesized by melt crystallization technique. Samples characterized DSC, XRD, SEM, UV-Vis-NIR and fluorescence spectra the factors affecting of analyzed. The results indicated good property ZBS ceramics. optimum temperature was 800°C, time 60 min. main crystal phase Zn TiO 4 transmittance up to 70% in visible light region. SEM micrograph that grain diameter less than 100nm emission spectrum displayed greatly improved compared with matrix glass. Strong peak observed at 1535nm.
