ABSTRACT
Using optical and electron microscopy also X-ray diffraction laws were investigated of carbide phases particles redistribution in the roll near-surface layers (at surface at distance 0.5 mm, 2 mm from surface) made 30CrMnSiА steel during hot deformation. There are located borders joints isotropic anisotropic fragments inside these fragments. Shows dependence volume fraction (cementite special carbides). different structural components locations layer. a relationship carbides with dislocation substructure. gradient character distribution as they approach surface.
