Treatment and Analysis on Unit Trip Caused by Primary Fan Stall

As a result of incorrect operation causing the stall primary fan, pressure air continuously decreased. Therefore, combustion stability in boiler has been disturbanced greatly, and generation unit trips due to water-coal ratio imbalance. In this paper, accident resulted from have analyzed, correct for fan put forward. Namely, precursory phenomena can be found eliminated. Correct operations keep stable. It is concluded that adopting suitable air-coal are helpful on safe.
