Considering the sustainability of electric power’s consumption and multi-usage exhaustibility coal resources, along with substitutability power resources (EPR) under certain condition, this paper constructed a dynamic pricing model EPR. By using optimization theory, we computed ideal substitute time point nuclear EPR for According to actual situation in production, corresponding incentive suggestion were put forward promote substitution between clean-and-low carbon dirty-and-high order realize sustainable development environment, economic power.
