ABSTRACT
Hybrid perovskite is one of the emerging materials which currently being widely investigated for solar cells. Here we report synthesis and characterization compound can be used as a light harvester in photovoltaic cells, CH 3 NH PbI (3-x) Cl x . The were synthesized using solution-based methods. Several parameters are perovskite, influence precursor composition, temperature , concentration, annealing temperature. These optimized against absorbance bandgap thin film. film obtained with excellent absorption capabilities cell applications.
