ABSTRACT
In order to avoid using P2O5 as phosphorylation reagent in reaction, an amphoteric phosphate ester surfactant was synthesized by polyphosphate acid reagent. The reaction studies confirmed the best condition molar ratio of hydroxyl and 3.0:1.0, temperature 80°C time 5.5h. content monoalkyl (MAP) conversion rate reached 89.3% 97.2%, respectively. production MAP product increased 15% than that obtained structure characterized FTIR. surface tension better dodecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide sodium sulfate. application results indicated leather oiled softer treated L-3 fatliquor.
