ABSTRACT
In plate rolling, the existence of some asymmetry rolling conditions, affects distribution transversal thickness pieces, leading to occurrence camber phenomenon, which in turn seriously affect product's material yield. this paper, based on images plates production line collected by camera, taking into account requirements for on-line measurement, filtering noise from image information, use edge detection operator, Hough transform methods and sub pixel location method identify steel plates, have achieved in-line measurement curvature side. At same time, combined with control model, we developed system, realized automatic correction pieces process. Field applications show that can reduce human intervention, will limit within a certain range, has great significance improving product’s
