ABSTRACT
In recent years, photovoltaic industry has developed rapidly[1]. Facing the situation of traditional energy resources exhaustion and continuing oil price rise, solar as a renewable clean been focus world attention. all kinds battery, polysilicon cell is most important. However, high cost polysilicon, which accounts for 50% total cost, hinders development industry. this paper, purpose reducing production, metallurgy methods, example, chloridizing roasting applied purification. A feasible technological route purifying was developed.
