ABSTRACT
Effects of TiO 2 on the viscous characteristic mold fluxes for stainless steel were investigated by rotary viscometer, TEM and XRD. The results showed that with increasing amount additive , viscosity solidification temperature could decrease gradually, then increase rapidly. minimum 0.30Pa.s (1300°С ) 1198°С respectively, as was 10mass%. be decreased which played role network modifier, increased precipitation perovskite (CaTiO 3 crystals more than critical value. growth cuspidine wollastonite restrained, melilite promoted . In this study, solubility 20mass% in at 1350°С
