ABSTRACT
Pleurotus nebrodensis were packaged with PVC and PE different thickness (0.03 mm 0.05 mm) at 4°С. Package gas composition, respiration rate relative electrolyte leakage measured during storage 4°С 95%RH for 28 days. The results showed that auto modified atmosphere pattern would be formed 7th day of the storage. concentration in package films was 0.1~5% O 2 6%~10%CO after 7days, then maintaining stable following days test. Compared to 0.03 film, film more effective decreasing pleurotus delay its senescence. It could taken granted apt circumstance low high CO .
