ABSTRACT
Microstructure, phase transformation behavior and electrical properties of BaTi 1-x (Li 2/3 Nb ) x O 3 with x=0.01-0.40 ceramics have been investigated. Only perovskite is detected for all the compositions. The room temperature state experiences a from ferroelectric to paraelectric increasing x. Meanwhile, permittivity reduces, while Q×f value increases. A degree frequency dispersion dielectric peak obviously increased as increases 0.01 0.10. It great interest that abnormity represented by broad at 200-400K observed composition x=0.40.
