ABSTRACT
In this paper, the relation between die roll height and chamfer shape was studied by fine blanking experiments for imaginary special gear. The three inserts with different shapes were machined, tool manufactured. Using tool, conducted on 650 ton press. Each measured, analyzed we found tendency of heights gear to increase increasing angle, horizontal distance being constant. This result can be used minimize parts when designing tool.
