ABSTRACT
Sichuan Province faces several development challenges including those linked to climate change. Energy usage in Province, for example, is already constrained because of a range (energy availability; access; affordability alternative energy sources; and health impacts, air pollution). There calls transition low carbon options. Although the major obstacles preventing people from discontinuing domestic traditional biomass fuels or coal combustion are poverty, ready availability social acceptability options cannot be underrated. This paper therefore highlights some persistent associated with sustainable transitions Province. We aim explore how renewable low-carbon energies can maintain rural partially replace fossil areas thereby serve as mitigation possible future towards system relying on energies.
