ABSTRACT
Vertical hammer mill is widely used in food and feed processing factory. It contains the rotor, sieve plate, machine body, feeding device, discharge diver device etc. Traditional design method two-dimensional drawings to express three-dimensional information of parts, which was abstract difficult be modified. This research utilized 3D software Pro/E carry out designing, modeling, virtual assemble motion simulation, structural mechanics analysis module Pro/Mechanical finite element key parts optimize vertical mill. In designing process designer can easily modify parameters, directly observe shape, location movement greatly improve efficiency level.
