We design an intelligent optimization system about the response of a traffic signal response, based on research at various periods Wuhan. Fedded flow road monitored back to SCM control system. On basis existing devices, produce new lights according change access time. And optimize through modeling and calculation. After simulation, significantly reduces waiting time automobile, relieves burden its peak, eases pressure energy environment.
