ABSTRACT
Applying the appropriate ratio of hydrochloric acid and nitric mixed solvents, aluminum alloy products were completely digested, then digestion solution was diluted with water to a constant volume, directly using inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-OES) test Ga content which is from 0.005 1.0%. This paper has examined effect high matrix coexisting elements on interference testing micro gallium, by optimizing parameters instrument detection such as gallium analytical line, integration region synchronization background correction position, etc., effectively eliminated spectral interferences coexistence impurity elements. The method have optimized working conditions spectrometer, taken matching combination technical measures eliminate products. simple practical, easy operate, avoid complicated chemical separation enrichment procedures, fewer steps, shorter inspection cycle, wide range, precision accuracy. results for determination in show that: limit 0.0002%, equivalent concentration 0.00004% RSD less than 2%, recoveries 96.0% 104.0%.
