ABSTRACT
The structure and surface chemical properties of activated carbon after nitric acid modification their influences on adsorption catalytic ozonation red 3R were investigated. results showed that both specific area micropore volume decreased, but mesopore increased modification. capacity performance modified influenced due to the acidic functional groups. was enhanced under condition dispersion interaction between groups 3R. increase in also considered be responsible for improvement alkaline condition, because participation ozone decomposition OH generation.
