ABSTRACT
Based on the detailed survey source and volume of NOx emission over Chengdu Economic Circle, third-generation air quality model CMAQ is adopted for simulating density in Circle. The result shows that hourly concentration, daily mean concentration annual exceed standard data, affected areas respectively account 0.2%, 0.18% 0.12% total area economic circle. Meanwhile, accordance with simulation calculation, NO X vehicle exhaust, thermal power plant cement are major contribution sources air, rate amounting to 39.13%, 21.41% 15.34% respectively. Thus, three main measures reduce Circle proposed as follows: firstly, strengthen management by vehicle; secondly, manage industrial enterprise; flue gas denitrification equipment must be constructed manufacturing enterprise, comprehensive denitration efficiency should not less than 70% 60%; thirdly, joint prevention control implemented between cities, so transport NOx. With application above measures, reductions can reduced 55% existing volume, meet Class II national ambient Standard.
