ABSTRACT
First, Ti6Al4V alloy samples were modified by tantalum ion implantation at a dose of 1.5×10 17 ions/cm 2 , and then silver 1×10 . Glancing angle X-ray diffraction analysis was used to characterize the phase composition un-implanted Ta+Ag dual-ion-implanted samples. photoelectron spectroscopy investigate chemical states elements on sample’s surface. The results show that small amounts Ta Ag present in their elementary forms, along with TiO O 5 TaO x
