ABSTRACT
The objective of this research is to investigate the dynamic responses masonry structure with base-isolation system under vertical earthquake. Through inter-story shear model multi-degree freedom, equation motion and distinguishing rule between slide joggle were established. effects component earthquake on response pure-friction base-isolated analyzed. Results show that displacement, force acceleration at lower layers are increased, but value topper maximum displacement isolated layer less affected. mainly affected by frictional coefficient, sort condition intensity.
