ABSTRACT
Four bacterias were separation and purification from oil well produced water of Daqing 9 factory, optimizing two degrading 17# 7#. Through fermentation cultivation, observing their growth metabolism laws the viscosity crude before after action. Results showed that strains 7# thick degradation rate 84.9%, 73.9% respectively. experiment contrasts, give composition changes chromatogram Finally, choose as oil-degrading bacteria for industrial fermentation.
