Vibration Control of Erecting System Based on Fuzzy Adaptive PID Controller

ABSTRACT
To reduce the influences of vibration large erecting system in process erecting, this paper firstly built a simulation model, then an erect angle velocity was planned so that it can minimize at stage beginning, multi-stage cylinder changing and arriving, thus other stages be increased . Meanwhile fuzzy adaptive PID controller applied to track curve. Finally, validates shock are effectively reduced by method. Fast stable erection load is realized. Compared with original controller, proved have better control performance.
