ABSTRACT
Aeroelasticity is a science to study interaction between aerodynamic, elastic and inertial forces. Flutter the most dangerous aeroelasticity phenomena, that defined as dynamic instability of an object in airstream. Following flutter phenomenon, unsteady aerodynamic forces generated from deformations structure. It can lead disastrous structural failure. This paper examined properties flat copper alloy plate by combining simulation methods using ANSYS software experimental with help subsonic wind tunnel at M = 0.1. At first stage, this thin were carried out vibrational experiments modal method determine specific vibration frequencies. Then, these estimated three different attack angles 0 o , 5 10 . Finally, phenomenon was investigated within limited conditions be able select objects solutions feasible effective.
