Bonnet tool polishing is a novel aspherical method. This paper describes method to obtain the local removal rate for process using bulbous flexible membrane covered with pad and pressurized by an internal fluid. According principle of bonnet Preston equation, model was established. It confirmed experiments that depth has linear relation dwell time. coefficient can be calculated from experimental data. Finally expression in acquired semi-empirically.
