ABSTRACT
The method of synthesis new polyurethane urea thermoplastic elastomers with controlled physical network density by varying the crystallization rate soft block and structure interphase has been developed. Fine-tuning morphology mechanical properties allows to desighn adaptive materials shape memory. By combination calorimetric X-ray diffraction methods, influence chemical nature diaisocyanates ratio two types crystallizable blocks, polybutylene glycol adipate diol (PBA) poly-ε-caprolactone (PCL), on termal behavior studied.
