ABSTRACT
The paper presents the manufacturing process of two classes material that feature intelligent precursors, used for welding/cladding, and deposit layers with viable physical proprieties, can be predetermined by a precise well-balanced programming parameters. fields use these materials are those welded structures have equal resistant joints, made from stainless steel austenitic-ferrite-martensitic structure or mixes above mentioned structures, possibility machining, in state, namely self-hardening proprieties during exploitation. methods securing is programming, according to exploitation requirements, preheating between rows temperature, as well dilution degree filler into base material. Results obtained structural morphological changes crystalline grains determined perturbing equilibrium state and/or precipitation secondary phases. field valid interval: 30-55 HRC, 500-1200 N/mm 2 .
