ABSTRACT
Magnetic and galvanomagnetic properties of Pb1-x-yGexCryTe (x=0.02-0.20, y=0.01-0.08) solid solutions have been investigated. It was found that the magnetic susceptibility these alloys contains two contributions: a paramagnetic Curie-Weiss share (T<50 K) due to paramagnetism Cr3+ ions high temperature ferromagnetic (T<300 K). Dependence concentration centers on composition matrix obtained. The field dependences Hall coefficient in vicinity metal-insulator transition were measured main parameters charge carriers terms two-band conduction model estimated. experimental results are discussed framework electronic structure model, assuming varying electrical activities Cr as function germanium content alloys.
