Purified tuberculin protein-π prepared from unclassified mycobacteria and human tubercle bacillus was examined on 4,461 normal healthy persons 391 tuberculous inpatients of the some hospitals in Korea during 1963 to 1964.The results obtained group are as follow: The rate positive reaction found be 0.9 6.2 percent primary school children, 0.2 7.7 middle pupil, 0.4 5.7 college students. older age examined, lower became reaction. Positive rates observed three different purified photochromogens-π, scotochromogens-π nonphotochromogens-π, were 6.1 percent. All reactors mycobacteria-π children showed a low-grade decreased older, seventy-five who had BCG vaccination those years previously. raters 0.5 with photochromogens-π scotochromogens-π, 2.85 nonphotochoro-mogens-π. Most them composed advanced cases.
