ABSTRACT
Stimulation of human polymorphonuclear neutrophils through ligation and cross-linking the low affinity Fc gamma RIIa RIIIb using mAb Fab F(ab')2 fragments led to transient intracellular calcium mobilization activation respiratory burst. engagement resulted in a different pattern flux, induction burst was significantly more effective than case RIIa. These data demonstrate that capacity transduce transmembrane signals itself contributes full cell activation. Treatment with fragment recognizing CD45 phosphatase suppressed R-induced dose-dependent manner. An ongoing immediately terminated when followed by co-cross-linking R CD45. This suggests initial steps signal transduction pathways are influenced state tyrosine phosphorylation. Combined both receptors, however, hardly susceptible Also, inhibition minimal compared for Signal differentially regulated CD45, underlining essential function R-mediated phosphorylation neutrophil
