ABSTRACT
Physical effort stimulates an increase in oxygen consumption tissues, generating toxic chemical species derived from (ROS), which are considered the initiators of lipid peroxidation process (LPO), major mechanism cellular injury. As essential for maintaining electrolyte balance depends on effective kidney function, oxidative stress this organ can be a key factor development and persistence hypertension. This study aimed to determine changes induced by combination fluid restriction exercise rats. The consisted 24 male Wistar rats 90 days age, divided into four groups, two were submitted water treadmill.Twenty-four hours after last training session, animals euthanized left was removed. The upper part used histological procedures lower quantification membrane lipoperoxides.Analysis variance applied testing normality data, comparison between groups performed using Bonferroni test, adopting significance p<0.05.The had influence body weight; proximal tubule maximum diameter; area, perimeter diameter glomeruli, whereas affected weight minimum tubule.According TBARS (thiobarbituric acid reactive substances) method, there difference G1 (control) G3 (sedentary with restriction) G2 (exercised water) G4 compared G1.The treadmill combined promoted structural glomeruli stress, although neither variable corroborated potentiating peroxidation.
