ABSTRACT
Introduction: People with severe mental disorders strain those involved, including families, societies, entire communities, and the government, due to decreased productivity. Understanding roles be played in caring for such people necessitates a societal adaptation process. Good adaptations boost resilience by disorder sufferers. Therefore, this study aimed create model that would increase care of schizophrenia. Design Methods: An observational analytic approach was applied 205 society members living working area Community Integrated Health Center Malang, East Java, Indonesia. Furthermore, several questionnaires were employed analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Results: According results, social significant indicator adaptation. It discovered coping strategies influenced (p=0.007), problem appraisal (p=0.000), support (p=0.005), while (p=0.022). The novelty is increases schizophrenia, leading more adaptive community increasing capital. Conclusions: In conclusion, improves capital stigma prevention, thereby promoting participation sufferers’ recovery
