Each group consisted 60 subjects who received full CMM services (PCS) either modified or no (NCS). Pharmacist are a team-based practice providing direct care. Results: Significant mean change score observed from the combined PCS NCS subjects. Compared men, women had greater body weight (P = .003) waist measurement .02) reductions increased serum level high-density lipoproteins < .001). In contrast, men systolic .001) diastolic .005) blood pressure levels, more hypertension diagnoses .01), less dyslipidemia compared for glycated hemoglobin (HgbA1c) (women: −0.33%, P low-density lipoprotein (men: −21.63 mg/dL, .04) women, significant reduction HgbA1c percentages (−0.46%) (0.28%) was A higher percentage (62%, n 28/45) (38%, 17/45) continued receive Satisfaction survey results positively favored services; however, response rate only 25% (n 18/72). Conclusions: Women appear likely keep follow-up visits, return surveys, reduce abdominal weight, improve both lipid levels satisfied overall with Recognition can promote personalized patient-centered care approach among prescribed antipsychotics.
