ABSTRACT
Orientation: Today’s competitive work environment requires organisations and employees to successfully cope with challenges maintain healthy levels of well-being. It is, therefore, imperative investigate which organisational psychological factors contribute well-being in employees.Research purpose: This study served analyse whether capital (PsyCap) mediates the relationship between perceived support (POS) well-being.Motivation for study: In light positive psychology movement, this aimed how constructs actively employee Knowledge that enhance will be great benefit aim create positivity workplace order avoid negative consequences work-related stress a toxic environment.Research approach/design method: A cross-sectional, non-experimental design, applying convenience snowball sampling, was used recruit 159 South African who completed an online survey assessed under investigation.Main findings: found POS, PsyCap are positively correlated one another.
