ABSTRACT
Dengue fever, the most common arboviral tropical disease, has shown a rapid increase in incidence over last few decades. Increasing evidence of various neurological manifestations dengue been documented literature. Patients positive for on serology and with were analysed included present case series brief review. The cases reveal spectrum findings infection include haemorrhagic encephalitis, acute disseminated encephalomyelitis (ADEM), reversible splenial lesion syndrome (RESLES), intracranial haematoma, posterior encephalopathy (PRES), focus relevant imaging features.The emphasises importance understanding potential aetiopathogenesis involvement infected patients order to make correct diagnosis effective treatment improved outcome.
