ABSTRACT Labia minora hypertrophy is a relatively uncommon surgical entity being popularised in the realm of vulvovaginal plastic surgeries. Apart from unaesthetic appearance hypertrophied minora, these cases are also associated with itching, hygiene problem, pain while sitting down, sports activities, difficulty wearing tight clothing, bleeding and discomfort or after sexual intercourse, social embarrassment, insecurity psychological diminution confidence self-esteem. In country like India, due to sociocultural reasons, patients hesitate consult doctor for such deformities. Most suffer silence years. Although common west, very few surgeons perform this simple rewarding surgery. Here, we presenting case premenarchal juvenile labia (JLMH) an 8-year-old child. Labial age group uncommon. We were unable find eight-year-old child on English literature search.
