ABSTRACT
In patients with EEC, the issues such as sexuality, sexual function and fertility gain more importance once theses advance from puberty to adulthood. The aim of this review is critically examine available evidence on these issues. A systemic literature search was performed in Medline over last 25 years using key words: Exstrophy, pregnancy. Search results were limited studies exstrophy published English literature. total 1500 publications found subsequently screened by title when appropriate abstracts. Of these, 40 pertinent subject included for analysis. supplemented an additional 15 obtained their bibliographies. rated according guidelines US department health human services. Heterosexuality usually expressed both sexes most them have adequate function. Urinary diversion some series seems result better ejaculatory hence outcome male patients. Recent shown equally good primary reconstruction. Most female normal while significantly low fertility. EEC
