A case of young woman with recurrent right pleural effusion

Endomterisois is usually found in women of child-bearing age. A case presented massive right-sided pleural effusion caused by endometriosis. The final diagnosis was made thoracoscopic biopsy. Physicians should be aware this potentially treatable cause having excluded other possibilities such as malignancy and tuberculosis.
